They'll send you a Disclosure Document which confirms the service we offer, along with a personalised Illustration. Based on the information you give them over the phone, this will explain how much you can borrow, how much your loan will cost you and how much you pay when the mortgage becomes repayable.

Keeping you informed
Once we've received and assessed your application, our Mortgage Processing Team will call you to let you know if you've been successful. We'll also confirm this decision by letter. We'll also allocate you a dedicated Case Manager who'll look after your application and keep in touch with you regularly, and especially at these key times:
- To confirm we've had your application, tell you we've instructed your valuation and ask you for any other information
- To confirm your valuation's been done
- To tell you when we've produced an offer
