Getting the most out of your flexible mortgage

Your flexible mortgage account with Bristol & West Mortgages gives you wonderful control over what you pay in, and what (if permitted) you take back out.

To take advantage of any of your account's features, all you have to do is contact our Mortgage Services Team. There are 3 ways you can do this:

  • By telephone - 0845 111 1333*
    Between 8:30am and 6pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 1pm on Saturday
  • By email - Email mortgage.services@bristol-west.co.uk
    Please quote your 'Flexible Mortgage Account Number' in the subject line
  • By fax - 0117 943 6555
    Please quote your 'Flexible Mortgage Account Number', Name and Address

Lump Sum Overpayments

These can be made in the following ways:

  • By post to Flex Helpdesk, Bristol & West Mortgages, PO Box 27, One Temple Quay, Bristol, BS99 7AX
  • By telephone using a debit card. Contact the Helpdesk number.

Cheques should be made payable to Bristol & West Mortgages.

Please note that following a lump sum overpayment, we will reduce your monthly payment unless you request that we maintain your current payment which will reduce the mortgage term.

Monthly overpayments

These can be arranged by phoning the Helpdesk on 0845 111 1333*

Drawdowns

If you're a Flex3 or easyflex Total customer and you have an available drawdown that you would like to access, contact the Helpdesk on 0845 111 1333* to arrange release of funds.

The drawndown funds will automatically be sent by telegraphic transfer to your bank account.
